Forensic Planner / Delay Analysis - Claims & Adjudication experience





Job Details:



This company is a National multi-disciplinary consultancy who provides contract and commercial management services. They help their clients with the management of their financial and commercial interests on a diverse range of projects within the public and private sectors, that include infrastructure, energy, transportation, water supply and private construction and engineering projects. They are now looking for a Forensic Planner / Delay Analysis to join the team in London and work on a wide variety of different construction projects.


As the Delay Analysis / Forensic Planner you will be working in the growing claims team, and working on a range of projects. You will need to be able to work with minimal supervision and have experience of working with similar firms and dealing with:

* Contractors and Sub-Contractors
* Claims preparation
* Critical Path and Delay Analysis techniques
* Adjudication
* Arbitration
* Forensic Planning and in-depth investigation
* Conversant with Primavera or Asta Power Project



Does this sound like you?...

* Chartered by a professional body



* Possess a degree in Planning, Engineering or another related degree



* a circa 10 years post qualification experience.



* Ideally you will possess a second qualification in a relevant subject (Masters, LLM) and will have be involved in Expert Witness reports, Statements of Claim and Defence documents.
